1. Use of Website

Use of this website and submission of enquiries does not constitute a binding service agreement. Formal engagement for marine services must be executed through signed contracts or charter parties.

2. Marine Service Disclaimers
   •    All services (including bareboat or time charter, manning, agency, or EPC support) are subject to availability, suitability, and proper due diligence.
   •    Alifisa Marine reserves the right to refuse service where vessel availability, compliance restrictions, or insurance limitations exist.

3. Liability Waiver – Chartering & Offshore Ops

By engaging Alifisa Marine for chartering or offshore services:
   •    You agree that vessel operations, especially in offshore environments, carry inherent risks (weather, regulatory delays, mechanical failure).
   •    Alifisa Marine shall not be liable for indirect losses (e.g. project delays, cargo penalties, missed connections) except as explicitly defined under the executed charter party.
   •    All risk allocations, indemnities, and insurance obligations are governed by the terms in the BIMCO or tailored contract agreed between parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All documents (e.g. commercial offers, fleet specs, standard charter terms) are the intellectual property of Alifisa Marine and may not be reused or distributed without written permission.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all commercial engagements are governed by the laws of the Ras Al Khaimah International Corporate Centre (RAK ICC), United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved under RAK ICC or mutually agreed maritime arbitration (e.g. LMAA or EMAC).
